Lunar webpage - 'Syndicate' RSS links does not work.

Hello,

There is little problem with RSS links on main page of http://lunar-linux.org/
If you click on any Syndicate RSS links server will return error (this is 
example one: rss091) :

Error creating feed file, please check write permissions.
