This patch adds optional support for cryptography plugins in kmail.
The plugins allows en(de)cryption and signing of e-mails.
The updated gnupg-1.9.x module (look for it in another mail) must be installed 
first to make the plugins working - otherwise the error will be visible in 
security configuration window of kmail under some conditons. All plugins are 
supported except Chiasmus which is used by German goverment.
