redundand dependency in mozilla and firefox

Hello!

How about removing redundand libmng dependency from mozilla and firefox 
modules? Support for mng have been dropped since June 2003 in these projects 
and there is no any plan to bring it back in future releases.

If someone needs mng support in firefox/mozilla can use this plugin:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/mngzilla/
to enable libmng support in mozilla/firefox.
