No, you don't know how to read. 1.2.5 is RELEASED 20060716. It is the STABLE
branch. All the 1.3.x and 1.3.x.x releases are DEVELOPMENT releases.

The Scribus Team is pleased to announce the release of Scribus 1.2.5
The Scribus team urges all users and distros to use this latest stable release.
The 1.2.5 release is focused on enhancements, bugfixes and additional documentation.
Move the current scribus model to zbeta and call it scribus-dev. Change the
regular scribus module to scribus-1.2.5. Dev releases do NOT belong in regular
moonbase, unless there is some overwhelming need. 1.3.x.x is NOT stable.
