Added to the moonbase with some minor modifications.
DETAILS:
 - changed md5 to sha1 (the preferred SOURCE_VFY)
 - removed the module name and from the SHORT desc
 - didn't need SOURCE_DIRECTORY
BUILD:
 - File wasn't needed
