that dep is completely bogus, and it should in fact be the other way 
around: grsec depends on linux-2.x-grsec (it will not install without 
grsec kernel headers present).

In any case, this dependency is optional since you can use all features 
of grsec (except the acl stuff) without gradm just fine.

I removed it.
