looks like you removed more than just /var/cache/lunar, which doesn't 
contain any vital information about installed packages. You most likely 
removed /var/state/lunar/* or similar. In any case, you can *attempt* to 
autorebuild the list of installed packages with:

lsh rebuild_status_files

This REQUIRES that your install logs are still present in 
/var/log/lunar/install/. This code is very dangerous and might not work 
too. Hope it helps you though.
