Forgot to add;

changed CPU=Athlon64 to CPU=athon64 and that complaint went away. Tried a lin 
on whois and I'm not sure but it doesn't show the march and mcpu types 
anymore. This is what is shows;

 -O2 -mmmx -msse -msse2 -m3dnow -mfpmath=sse,387
