Which optimization for x86-64

Jon added prelimary support for x86-64 .. but you have to do to the
following:

Edit your /etc/lunar/local/optimization file and modify your CPU
line to look like this:

CPU=Athlon64

Its totally untested and not supported (yet). Maybe we can change that
now (Jon?).
