razor-agents failed build

Line 9 of the BUILD tries to run "razor-client". As installed it is not 
executable, which accounts for the error. So chmod it to +x and run it gives 
this;

"This program is deprecated and no longer necessary. You may begin using Razor 
now."

So at a guess line 9 of the BUILD does not need to be there.

Anyone that knows more about razor may want to verify my, ahem, analysis.
