precisely what is says: In order to take advance of the extra 
shell-settings (tab-completion, extra PATH settings etc) you will have 
to restart your SHELL. This is a standard warning that lunar writes to 
the console.

It is really vital that you do so as soon as possible. For instance: 
when you install qt3, not all qt3 applications find the proper location 
automatically (especially with a custom QT_DIR). When you lin qt3 and 
re-start your shell, you will have extra PATH components that should 
make all qt3-dependent applications work.
