"lvu installed lunar" gives stranges results

Hello !

Something bothers me for a while now: After lining lunar, in some
cases (when a download of the module has been done), the
command "lvu installed lunar" answers that the module is not
installed.

Here is a log of a succession of commands, I don't really get the
answer of "lvu installed"...
