kdemultimeda3 fails "WARNING: linux/cdrom.h: check for missing prerequisite"

be aware the if you use the official nVIDIA drivers, the aggressive
patchset might make GLX behave badly. i spent a week trying to figure
out why my computer would lock up after GL would disengage, and
finally traced it to the aggressive patchset.

maybe it's only something i experienced and no one else ever dealt
with, but watch out anyways.
