Modules for SynCE

SynCE is a bunch of libraries and utilities for synchronizing 
WindowsCE/PocketPC pda's with unix systems. Here's the base set of 
modules (I haven't created modules for all subprojects though - I won't 
be needing them :P)

8 modules, including a "profile" module that simply has the base set as 
required deps and a few extensions as optional deps. I haven't thought 
of a good category to put them in - just put them where you see fit.
