small additon to 3 BUILD files...

Would a dev mind adding
  touch COPYING INSTALL NEWS ChangeLog       &&
right before the ./autogen.sh... line in the BUILD files for
giftopenft-cvs, giftgnutella-cvs, and giftfast-cvs

This will enable these moduels to not fail sometimes.  autogen dies for some 
reason when some of those files are not present, and they are not always 
present. *shrug*
