module openoffice-de-bin

Hi,
I tried my luck to build a module for a localized de openoffice-bin as
adviced from sofar. I used the basic openoffice-bin and modified some
files. May somebody please check my try (and add it to moonbase,
perhaps).

The module worked for me but I've only one machine to test and no idea
about some values within those files ;)

File openoffice-de-bin comes as attachment.
