relocation of xfsprogs and reiserfsprogs to /

Hi all,

as of now xfsprogs and reiserfsprogs have been relocated into /sbin|/bin 
instead of /usr/sbin|/usr/bin. This allows easier maintenance of systems 
with a separate /usr. Also added were symlinks "mkfs.reiserfs" and 
"fsck.reiserfs" that allow fsck to automatically detect and use the 
proper fsck program directly. Hopefully soon this will be merged on the 
iso with proper fsck options in the generated fstab.

if you use any script or program that requires to know the location of 
the xfs and reiser tools, you will have to adjust them.
