Install on console-less machines

Does anyone have any pointers for installing lunar on a headless 
server such as a Sun Cobalt LX-50 or a Cobalt Raq3?

I am completely happy to lose the "Cobalt virtyal server" 
environment on the Raq3 and the Redat 7.2 derivative on the LX-
50, but niether of these machines has a video card. The only 
console on the Raq3 is a small LCD text display and on the LX-
50, everything is expected to be done through a serial port 
connected text console or a network login.

Any hints or help will be greatly appreciated.
