dirty udev howto

Hey,
Nice Howto, wish you had written it a few weeks ago though :P. A few
comments from my setup:
- I just added udev to start right after hotplug S01hotplug and S02udev
in /etc/rc5.d this works fine for me as long as there is >>NO<<
corresponding entry in rc{6,0}.d
- make sure all the config in /etc/udev and /etc/init.d/udev points to
/dev rather than /udev
- I don't have sysfsutils installed so I don't think its required but
