Galeon 1.3.15 upgrade please. 1.3.10 broken in moonbase...

One URL below for the "fix" for galeon 1.3.15 to work with Moz 1.7, else see
antoher (similar but different approach) attached, and then it
compiles and installs fine :)

Now just to get my Qt 3.x.z to upgrade :(

In the mean time, you can compile galeon with mozilla 1.7 by applying
the following patch:
