I have confirmed that this bug is also in 1.2.9.

I dont want to patch this yet since I dont know if just adding the id 
(see attached patch on bugs.proftpd.org) is the correct solution. If the 
supplied id is faulty it might hit other entries.

But to all mod_sql.c users, be advised to NOT use UID/GID 0 !
