docbook-utils-0.6.14 problem during building

Hi Niccolo',

1) lin -c docbook-3.1 (no matter if its installed, just lin again ^^))
2) edit /etc/sgml/catalog and delete the last line that reads
"/etc/sgml/catalog" or similar...

3) after that docbook-utils should lin fine ^^)
