Module request (proxychains)

Hi

I would like it very much if proxychains (http://proxychains.sourceforge.net) was added to the moonbase. Attached should be a BUILD and a DETAILS (my first module contribution - please accept my apologies if it's complete rubbish). I appears to work on my box. 

While I'm at it, it would be great if steghide (http://steghide.sourceforge.net) was also added (no time at the moment to try to create it myself). 

Also, what about apache.org's xerces c++ (http://xml.apache.org/xerces-c)? Are such things permitted into the moonbase? I personally need it for command-line JAP.
