Sorry - didn't help. I think I've tried about every combination possible -
killing it as user and root, from within X and from console login, logged
in to X and not logged in, with X started and not. Bonobo-slay run as
user did not kill the only bonobo process running, which was the activation-
server. Had to kill that manually. Epiphany version 1.0.6 used to
work for
me. Guess I'll just uninstall 1.0.7 and wait for the next release. Thanks
anyway.
