pysol-sound-server and SMPEG

Hi all !

I was installing pysol today and took the 
pysol-sound-server option. I then got a Build error saying 
that smpeg/smpeg.h is missing, so I manually installed 
SMPEG from the moonbase and the problem was solved.

I checked the pysol-sound-server DEPEND file in moonbase 
and it doesn't mention SMEPG as a dependency.

Could someone please add this dependency to moonbase ?
