transcode-0.6.12

Hi,

this version of transcode does not compile if I have turned on gcc's 
option "-fforce-addr" using 2.4.24 and gcc-3.3.2. Turning it off via 
"lunar optimize" works fine.

I have attached a log of a failed compile if anyone is interested.
