kdelibs 3.1.4 fails to build

Alex,

perhaps try a rebuild of qt3
then log out and log back in to let enviroment settings to take place
then relin kdelibs3

also when reporting build errors, a compile log with make = 1 is better for us 
as parallelazation in make can obscure errors

also the verbose flag for lunar is helpful :-)
