Amaya can be upgraded...

I've just reworked the entire Amaya module and updated it to version 8.2.

The module now correctly uses the system installed zlib, libpng and jpeg
libraries.  It previously compiled its own versions of zlib, libpng and jpeg.
It builds correctly now as an openMotif app.
