Is there a automatic way to remove docbook-profile and all of it's depends
or do I need to do it manually?

The correct solution is exactly as Nick Hudson has described, repeatedly.
Docbook related errors require you to remove all the modules listed in the
DEPENDS file for docbook-profile and then you can try "lin docbook-profile"
again.
Your docbook install is corrupted and any module that needs docbook
processing for sgml files simply will not work until your docbook install is
corrected.
There is nothing wrong with the lunar coretools or the lunar modules related
to docbooks. They all work if they are allowed to install correctly.
