hostap-driver-dev build problem on a 2.6.8.1 machine

Hello everyone !

Need help with the hostap-driver-dev package. It wont compile with:

Building hostap-driver-dev
tail: `-1' option is obsolete; use `-n 1'
Try `tail --help' for more information.
*** Can't build for 2.6 with a non-2.6 source!
make: *** [2.6] Error 1
Creating /var/log/lunar/compile/hostap-driver-dev-0.2.4.bz2
! Problem detected during BUILD

Can someone help me ? I got 2.6.8.1 Kernel with the newest headers. so  
i dont understand, what he means with non-2.6 source...
