And that's where it's at right now. Setting at 24% whilest trying to wget 
slang-1.4.9.

killall sleep
/var/lib/lunar/functions/download.lunar line 464 terminated
data connection timed out.

Then it skips the first 150K downloaded and now sits at 64%

killall sleep
same as above but now it does nothing but sit there.

killall wget
now all of slang seems to be downloaded and builds successfully.
