kde stuff doesn't compile any more - non existant prefix '' for kdelibs

Hi,
things don't go on any better :(

After installing some basic kde packages I tried to lin kdemultimedia3,
too. The compile won't even start because of fizzling configure:

<--
configure: error: /opt/lunar/kde/3/bin/kde-config --prefix outputed the
non existant prefix '' for kdelibs.
This means it has been moved since you installed it.
This won't work. Please recompile kdelibs for the new prefix.
-->

Strange:

root at lion ~ # /opt/lunar/kde/3/bin/kde-config --prefix
/opt/lunar/kde/3

executing the command manually returns the correct path.

$PATH is
/opt/lunar/qt/3/bin:/opt/lunar/kde/3/bin:/usr/local/sbin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/X11/bin:/usr/local/games:/usr/games:/usr/bin/db4

ldconfig is
/usr/X11R6/lib
/opt/lunar/qt/3/lib
/opt/lunar/kde/3/lib
/opt/lunar/kde/3/lib/kde3

I can not compile any kde-module, now.

Any hints?
