wv2 dependency for koffice3

Hi Dave,

  Thank you for remember about that. When i was created the wv2 module this 
was the main intention but i have forgot about it. The koffice3 module use 
wv2 anyway if it's prior installed on the system, but that way it's install 
can be selected. I have added the optional depend on it to koffice3 module.
