s/es_US/en_US/

Uh.. wow
OK, at lunar install i thought i may have typed in "es_US" instead of
"en_US" but until didnt know one way or the other.  Then i looked at the
configuration window yesterday (weeks after the install) of Evolution
and suprise, suprise its in Spanish!  Anyone know how to change this?
