XFce 4.0 in moonbase

Hello all,

XFce 4.0 was released yesterday and is available for Lunar Linux. 

I changed the install location to /opt/lunar/xfce/4.0 to be in line with
the other desktops in Lunar. This means you have to do a bit more work
if you are upgrading for an earlier version.

First install a new libxfce4util

 # lin libxfce4util

Then log out and back in again to ensure the PATH and PKG_CONFIG_PATH
variables are set correctly for the other modules.

After this a `lunar renew' should work without problems. Let me know if
you find anything wrong.
