qt3 3.2.1 won't compile?

Hi all,

  Unfortunately this is a bug i was trying to solve.
It's cause is that uic try to use the previous version
on qt. That's why i have added the
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$QTDIR/lib in the BUILD file,
according with the documentation. The simple fix is
this:

    lrm qt3
    lin qt3.
