removed modules causing havoc :(

Hi there

I noitced that several modules (ee, xscorch, bonobo-activation etc.) get's
removed lately.

 Could we rather move them to a unmaintained or a to-be-removed
group, and warn people about them at lunar fix/rebuild/update time?

 It's quite disturbing if you gat distracted during a lunar update, and found
that you can't resurrect the module as it's not in moonbase anymore :()
