archive type for epiphany-1.0.3

The DETAILS file for epiphany-1.0.3 in the current moonbase gives
the archive type as tar.gz with a corresponding md5sum.  However,
the archive retrieved by lin was a tar.bz2.  The archive tested OK using
bzip2 so I changed the file type and deleted the md5sum in DETAILS
which allowed it to install OK.  I don't know whether or not this is a
permanent change in distribution of epiphany or just true for the
mirror that got used.
