xdelta patch for patching from one version to another?

Hi Ralph

This should be the correct way (Not tested, only looked a the help text)
"xdelta patch <Patch> <Old_file> <New_file>" and <New_file> may be left
out if needed because it's contained in the patch, but i may remember
wrong.
