problems with gaim 0.71

That's because Microsoft is changing the msn protocol to block the 3rd party
clients

Since the upgrade to 0.71 gaim is suddenly unable to load the msn plugin. It
starts with an error message: "The required plugin MSN was unable to load",
and when trying to add a new account, MSN does not appear in the protocol
menu.

The compile log looks fine, and libmsn exists in /usr/lib/gaim

is anyone else seeing this ?
