xine-dvdnav fails build

libdvdnav lined successfully, yet xine-dvdnav does not. If appears to be 
failing when trying to do -I/usr/include/dvdnav (input part). The failure 
starts with input_dvdnav, xine/events.h, No such file or directory.

direction of something that might lead you one step closer to a solution 
if you squint really hard and do all of the work."
