tcl-tk 8.4.5 testing

Hi everybody,

On my system i have bumped the version of tcl and tk
modules to 8.4.5. I use them for about two days. Both
seems to work fine. Because there are many modules
using them i launch an invitation to you to test them
on yours systems.
