Can't lin amavisd-new

Hi Niki,

Did you see the updated module I sent shortly after my original
message. I found a few other problems with the amavisd-new
module and fixed them in the tar file I sent.

Two that come to mind at the moment are that there was a chown
in BUILD that should have been a chmod and there was nothing to
install the amavisd.conf file.

I also sent updates for postfix and cyrus-sasl to bring them
current and add several new features and options.

I have a concern with cyrus-sasl that I wasn't quite sure how to
handle, so I added a POST_INSTALL echo to remind people that
some of the SQL configuration options have changed.

Thanks.

Richard
