gimp-freetype error during build

Yeah I need to remove this from moonbase due to the fact it is
incompatible with gimp versions after like 1.3.16 or so.  There hasnt
bee a new release of gimp-freetype in quite a while, and I odnt think
their will be.  I am going to have to remove it from moonbase for now
due to it cant be compiled as you found out :)
