xemacs troubles and version bump

Please rather change it to xemacs-beta and xemacs-gamma (the 21.4), as the
xemacs-beta doesn't work as reliable for me (several of the perl mode
and syntax high lighting doesn't work as it should/do in 21.4, and I found I
have to go back to the 21.4 all the time :()
