Xine-ui and gxine

Hello ML,

FYI, there is a new version of Xine-ui out there, Xine-ui 0.9.20. Many bugfixes and some
new additions. Upgrading is recommended so I think updating the moonbase isn't wrong ;-).

Moreover I'ld like to have module for gxine, another frontend for xine-lib, which
introduces a very clean and easy to use gui and even some plugins for KDE/Gnome and
Mozilla (Yes, I'm aware of the fact that other players are doing that too ;-) ). Site is
the same as for xine-ui: www.xinehq.de :-).
