Konqueror and Plugins.....

Hi all,
I'm having trouble getting plugins working in Konqueror.
I have added some symlinks to /usr/bin as suggested by one person trying to 
help me and as another suggested recompiling Kdebase3 with OpenMotiff. I have 
hade no luck getting plugins working. I just found that I am now getting this 
error message when scanning for Netscape plugins:
"The nspluginscan executable cannot be found. Netscape plugins will not be 
scanned."

Any help would be great.....
