lin bug?

I'm running into a strange kind of bug with lin.  I'm using lunar at work and we connect to the internet through an http proxy.  In lunar Options->Download Options->Proxies I have my http proxy set (no need for an ftp proxy so I leave that blank).  Works great when I lin anything EXCEPT moonbase.  If I attempt lin moonbase or lunar update, wget will fail with a connection refused error message.

I can get around this by exporting http_proxy to the same value I set in lunar.  Like I said, it only affects moonbase.  Everything else will download fine without having to export http_proxy.
