Patch for lin, proposal

Please find attach a one-liner patch to lin, from lunar.

Sometimes, it is possible for lin to bork if it is unable to find the
INSTALLWATCH_FILE to delete.

This patch fixes this. What it does is adding "-rf" to "rm" in order to
prevent the bork.
