No, the avifile BUILD script points to the correct location of

  /opt/lunar/qt/2
  
As this is where the lunar module qt-x11 installs qt-2.3.1.

If for some reason your lunar box has a modified install location for
qt-x11, then avifile would need to be modified on that box as well.

However the current moonbase has the correct locations for both of the lunar
modules avifile and qt-x11.
